COAGULANT

Coagulant is a chemical used for destabilising the natural forces/charges which keep fine particles (or colloids) from coming together.

TYPE OF COAGULANTS :

We provide both available organic and inorganic coagulants as these are frequently used, often in conjunction with flocculants, for the treatment of waste or potable water.

Organic Coagulants (Chemical Based) :

  • Polyamines
  • Polydadmacs (Poly Dimethyl Diallyl Ammonium Chloride)
  • Dicyandiamide resins types

Inorganic Coagulants (Chemical Based) :

  • Aluminium Sulphate (Alum)
  • Poly Aluminium chloride (PAC)
  • Ferric Sulphate
  • Ferric Chloride

PRODUCT SELECTION :

Always initiate with laboratory testwork followed by plant trials ;

If not possible then full details of incumbent product to offer nearest equivalent product.

On new startups consider :

  • Wastewater characteristics
  • Any prior chemical/biological treatment
  • Dewatering process (sedimentation/filtration/centrifugation or flotation)
  • Availability of synthesised/similar wastewater samples.

ORGANIC COAGULANT

WHAT CAN WE OFFER NOW WHEN YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR CURRENT CONVENTIONAL COAGULANTS ?

If the coagulants such as Aluminium Sulfate, PAC, Ferro Sulfate and many other conventional coagulants does not have any affect to satisfy you anymore to achieve the best result on your water and waste treatment plant, it may be the time for considering to using our organic coagulant.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ?
Organic coagulant is a special formula which provided with the brand name of AQUARIGHT Series.
AQUARIGHT KP 5050 OP and COP 900 is a coagulant based on Poly Aluminium Chloride Complex by empirical chemical formulae Aln (Cl)m. This product can reacts easily to built flocs (flocculation process) much more better than Alum/Tawas and PAC, with no additional chemical and effective for wide range pH 4,5 to 10,5.
AQUARIGHT KP 5050 OP and COP 900 excellent can be used for municipal and drinking water clarification, surface water, and industrial waste water.
