FUEL ADDITIVES
Fuel Oil as a fossil energy as produced from different sources and the refinery technology, in some countries we could find a bit lower or even poor in quality that may impacting the usage itself.
WHY SHOULD WE NEED FUEL ADDITIVES ?
The fuel oil especially heavy oil, MDF, Light Diesel containing impurities such water, solids, asphalt, vanadium, Sodium and Sulfur that may causes problem to the machines/engines when burning process.
Due to the impurities can cause such problems generally found in fuel tank, nozzles, fire chamber, oil pump, oil filter that finally costly against inefficiency, damage, and shorter life time of the engine equipment. Even sometimes we can find an extremely hard sticky deposit of vanadium vanadate inside the fire chamber and also damage caused by unexpected corrosion.
Fuel Additive used to improve fuel stabilize and minimizing of oil sludge.
Fuel Additive is able to stabilize the viscosity of oil hence it can be easier burned in maximum of efficiency. The benefits of using fuel additive oil will also preventing corrosion in fuel tanks including the engine equipment itself.
The other objective of usage fuel additive is to achieve fuel saving about 3% to 5% and significantly reduce maintenance cost and contribute to the environment by reducing NOx pollution.
