WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PICKLING & FLUSHING CHEMICAL REQUIREMENT FOR ?

For each of Boiler, AC, Chiller, Tanks units and piping & plumbing sytem, oil lube or hydrolic piping and grease piping, etc, after post spooled and before or after erection either prior to the test of commissioning held, normally must be cleaned up with a flushing chemicals intended to remove all dirts, waste or deposit that might incured since along of the fabrication and under construction periods. If it is not applied usually the material unit system will susceptible to corrosion and operation disruption. Our working standard according to the JIMS D-1018 (Pickling Work Standard) and JIMS D-1019 (Flushing Work Standard).
